Twitching muscle near by elbow is driving me mad. Any tips?

Have any of you experienced this? It is as annoying as an eye twitching. I am a nurse so do a very manual type job. The muscle under the armpit is also really sore. Can you recommend any treatment?

    Sounds like you’ve pinched a nerve somewhere – Use moist heat pack under your arm – and see if the soreness is due to a nerve pinch.
