  1. * Princess Aimee's Mummy * says:

    1. £10 each maybe
    2. Unsure about this one as i never trust new injections or any of them at all to be honest so id be worried about my daughter getting it but then im more scared of her catching swine flu..
    3. Theyre only games so id say yes but theyre probably a bit advanced for a child and id imagine violence etc involved in most games.
    4. id let my daughter decide out of a certain amount of outfits which one she prefers from around 4 or 5 if i feel she can decide properly at that age which one she likes best, but picking something out of the whole shop id say around 9 or 10? well see when she gets older im only a first time mum lol.
    5. i dont see how push ups would be a punishment to be honest and i dont want to use smacking to discipline my daughter i hvae other methods so neither

I wouldn’t give them money. They’re too young to go off by themselves. But I would take them on rides – how many? Don’t know, but enough for 5 or so rides (an hour or more).

2:a letter from the hospital came asking you if you want your children vaccinated for Swine Flu. What do you do.

vaccinated – daughter has a comprimised immune system and even a cold can land her in the hospital; my son too, one less germ in the house keeps her out of the shop. The swine flu is rampid in my state.

3: do you think this website is safe for kids. http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/

I don’t know enough about it to give an informed answer

4: how old do you think a child should be to choose there own cloths.

At 7 she assists me and has a considered opinion but I have the last say. I will always have the last word as long as I’m buying them, and if anything slutty comes in the house even when she is buying her own clothes – out it goes.

5: if you had to choose between spanking or push ups as a punishment for your kids what would you choose.

I learned quite some time ago to stay away from spanking questions. In my house an effective punishment is grounding them.

i wouldn’t give them any money, I’d be keeping them with me at all times, fairgrounds are too busy for my liking

2:a letter from the hospital came asking you if you want your children vaccinated for Swine Flu. What do you do.

I wouldn’t get them vaccinated as swine flu hasn’t been a problem in our area, However if it did become a problem I would get them vaccinated to be on the safe side.

3: do you think this website is safe for kids. http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/

Tricky one, Most websites are safe for kids as long as the kid uses them resposibly with parental supervision, but then there are always hidden dangers no matter where you go on the internet.

4: how old do you think a child should be to choose there own cloths. As soon as they’re old enough to clean the kitchen :P

5: if you had to choose between spanking or push ups as a punishment for your kids what would you choose.

Neither, I have my own methods that work fine for now. But since i HAVE to choose, I’d go for push ups

  4. Hayley France says:

1: You are taking your son and daughter to the fair ( aged 6 and 7). How much money would you give them to spend considering the rides are about £2:00 each.

I wouldn’t give them a set amount to spend…we’d all just go round together, having a good time and spending money as and when. (The amount of money I’d take with me would depend on how much money I had at that time.)

2:a letter from the hospital came asking you if you want your children vaccinated for Swine Flu. What do you do.

a: get them vaccinated; Because I always think the effects of vaccination are less likely to have a profound negative effect than the disease itself.

3: do you think this website is safe for kids. http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/

a: yes: Provided they use it under my supervision and don’t click any “ads”

4: how old do you think a child should be to choose there own clothes. It really depends on the maturity of the child…I think at about 7 they should start to be given some say in what is bought for them, 13 they should be allowed to chose their own provided all purchases are okayed by a parent and when they start earning their own money they should be allowed to buy and wear what they want.

5: if you had to choose between spanking or push ups as a punishment for your kids what would you choose.

a:spanking: Because I wouldn’t want my child to associate exercise with punishment. Exercise should be fun and light hearted. (I wouldn’t “spank” my child at all in reality though)

  5. Ange says:

well you’re the parent why don’t you decide, but if you were so sure you were making the correct choices for your children you wouldn’t keep seeking reassurance.
