is it possible to get swine flu, not take treatment, and dismiss it yourself as normal flu. and it go away naturally?

    Yes it is perfectly possible people get it with few symptoms or symptoms that look like a normal cold.

    Only immuno-comprised people really need the vaccine so most people are fine getting it. Might just take longer to be back to normal
