For comparison, the 1918 Spanish Flue epidemic – to which the current Swine Flu epidemic is being compared – caused 20-100 million deaths.

In the UK alone, several thousand people die every year from flu.
It appears that this present flu is less to worry about than that we normally see on any normal uk winter.
That being the case (and so far the figures prove that) why are the media hyping the present flu epidemic.
