ok, im starting to get minor flu symptoms, they are not very bad yet, sore throat, low fever, but I still have energy and stuff like that. can I stop it from getting worse?

October 16th, 2009I’ve read that quitting smoking can bring about flu-like symptoms. Since I already have the flu, I’d really like to avoid anything that could make my symptoms worse. I know smoking can’t really be good for a respiratory illness, but will not smoking at all make me feel even sicker?
