Not saying we have the swine flu, but I think me and my mom are showing some flu-like symptoms, more or less.
Mom’s symptoms: Coughing, sneezing, headache, and body aches. She has no fever.
My symptoms: Coughing (with little flem), and I’m loosing my voice.
What are some natural remedies that could help us be relieved of these symptoms?
I’d prefer not to take medicine right now, unless absolutely necessary, and I’m not going to my doctor.
