I researched some info about the flu vaccine & there is some controversy about it saying that some w/ mercury can cause autism & Im a little bit sketched out about getting the swine flu vaccine since it’s new, however the flu is supposed to go around like crazy this fall & winter & pregnant women are number one to get the vaccines & are at the greatest risk for death from the flu. I didn’t get my daughter the flu shot last year (she was only a few month old during flu season) but this year she is 14 months. I have never had the flu or had the vaccine. I am just not sure what to do.
I am nervous about the swine flu vaccine because it is such a new vaccine.

August 20th, 2009Last week I had a port put inside my body so that could start chemo treatments for my cancer. A day or two after the operation, I somehow caught my mother’s nasty cold or flu. Could this cold or flu somehow delay my chemo treatments for my cancer? Why or why not?
