		<description>I would suggest you write to the manufacterer of the medication.  Many now have programs to help those unable to afford the medication.  You were on the medication because you need it.... you should probably find a way to continue on it.
As for your withdrawals, there really isn&#039;t anything that is going to replace the effexor effectively enough to stop your symptoms.  Those you simply have to live with.  They will pass in another two weeks or so.

Even if you can&#039;t afford to take it any more, the withdrawal is so bad, the doctor will usually give you enough just to taper you off slowly.  But, seeing as you are already 2 weeks into withdrawal, it&#039;s probably best to tough it out a little longer and not complicate things by taking anything else.  You&#039;re almost there!  I know it sucks, but be strong!</description>

		<description>Are there any resoucres in your area that can help with the cost of the med?  Usually the doc can set you up with a social worker who can find ways to help with the cost.  Sometimes the drug companies will offer coupons.</description>
