I wouldn’t have it at all, but you need to decide for yourself. Without a doubt, there are serious concerns about the safety and efficacy of this vaccination, not to mention questions about the origins of the virus and the motivation for whipping up public fear and for the mass production of the vaccination itself. Why is it never mentioned by the media that this virus outbreak is far less deadly than the normal seasonal flu?
The CDC’s 15-member Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) makes recommendations each year on who should be vaccinated. The CDC mounts a well-orchestrated campaign each season to generate interest and demand for flu shots. Almost all the ACIP members who make these recommendations have financial ties to the vaccine industry.
In actuality, for every 100 people that have a flu shot only one will benefit from it.
There is also a lack of evidence that young children benefit from flu shots. A systematic review of 51 studies involving 260,000 children age 6 to 23 months found no evidence that the flu vaccine is any more effective than a placebo (Cochrane Database Syst Rev. 2006;1:CD004879). http://www.lewrockwell.com/miller/miller…
Among other concerns, the H1N1 vaccine contains thimerosal (mercury) http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/vaccination/t…
The recommendation to remove mercury from childhood vaccines has been put on hiatus for the H1N1 pandemic vaccination campaign. Each shot is reported to contain 25 mcg of mercury, 250 times the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) safety limit. Some will tell you the amounts are too low to harm you, but it stays in the body and is cumulative over a lifetime. According to an article published in the “International Journal of Clinical Investigation” (2005), those receiving regular flu shots for 3 to 5 years had a ten-fold increase in the likelihood of developing Alzheimer’s disease compared to those receiving no flu shots.
Mercury is a neurotoxin that disrupts normal hormonal activity, increases the risk of heart disease and kidney problems. It also compromises the immune system, causes headaches, fatigue, memory loss and mood swings.
Formaldehyde is used to inactivate the virus. It is a known cancer-causing agent. Aluminum is added to promote an antibody response. It is a neurotoxin that may play a role in Alzheimer’s disease. Other additives and adjuvants in the flu vaccine include Triton X-100 (a detergent), Polysorbate 80, carbolic acid, ethylene glycol (antifreeze), gelatin, and various antibiotics – neomycin, streptomycin, and gentamicin – that can cause allergic reactions in some people.http://www.lewrockwell.com/miller/miller…
Google “doctors nurses refuse h1n1.” Also, do a search on youtube.

Whether or not you or your children get the vaccine, here are some smart rules that should be followed all the time to protect health:
    - Wash your hands frequently, and always after using the restroom and before eating or handling food. How much time scrubbing them? Enough time to sing “Happy Birthday” at normal tempo twice in your head, then rinse and dry.
    - Keep your hands away from your mouth, nose, and eyes. Those are all areas where germs enter the body. If you need to touch those areas, use a tissue.
    - If someone is coughing, or you suspect someone is sick, be polite but back away from them. Try not to breathe air they breathed.
    - Eat a healthy diet, avoiding junk foods. Drink plenty of water. I used to get sick at least 5 times a year for 2 weeks at a time. Since following the blood type food lists for the last 8 years, I have never been sick: http://www.uoregon.edu/~sshapiro/ER4YT/F…
    - Keep to your schedule, eating and sleeping when you normally do.
    - Try to avoid extra stress, as it’s very detrimental to your immune system.
    - Exercise. Your immune system is your lymphatic system, which carries nutrients to and toxins away from every cell in your body. Your heart pumps your blood around your body but the only way you can pump your lymphatic system is to move, move, move!

I’m waiting until 2nd trimester. I’ll be 11 weeks on Friday, so I still have a couple weeks to wait. I’m ansy to get it, too. But I think it’s best to wait until you’re in your 2nd trimester.
