Try something that has a strong smell, like peppermint tea to get rid of the stuffy nose.

gargle warm salt water often for your throat,
drink some hot liquids, like tea with some lemon and honey in it to help your throat and clear your sinuses and nose (this should help with your headache as well.)

Yeah-we just started these same kind of symptoms last week. I guess it's that time of year. Take a decongestant for stuffiness. Drink lots of water/fluids. Eat chicken soup and drink herbal teas with some honey. Rest as much as possible. Take garlic capsules or echinaecia. If you live near a Jamba Juice-I recommend their Mango-A go-go or Orange Dream Machine with immunity boosters added. And last of all-try to keep hand sanitizer around you and use it. When you go to school, store, etc. use it. Try to avoid shaking hands and getting more germs.
Good luck!
