coughing: warm bath, horehound or mullein tea, which you can pick up at a health food store or a Horrocks if you have one.
sore throat: golden seal tea or gargle.
Nausea/vomiting: Chamomile
Diarrhea: Bananas
congestion/runny nose: dip a towel in warm water and apply to nose or chest. Re-dip when it cools. Also Mullein and Golden seal tea.
