my throat hurts a lot and i have a cough. i also have a stuffy nose and my head hurts..i understand there is a cold and flu thing all around so no smart answers ;] does anybody know if there is any home remidies to ease one of my simptoms. just one would be fine please.
i would rather not use medicines of any sort..they make me too drowsy and feeling all out of wack.

October 21st, 2009hi i feel really sick. im 12 and my head is pounding and my thorte hurts REALLy bad and the back of my legs hurt i have a cold. and im really cold. ive taken nyquil and motrin. and my head still hurts. i took the nyquil last night at 10 30. and then i woke up at 4 in the morning with this huge pound migrain. now i still feel bad and i took another motrin like an hour ago. and i dont know? i dont have a fever but im sorta warm. but i feel COLD! any remidies? please help? il take up any offers. and do you think it might be the flu? wht should i get what medicine should i take? should i continue on with motrin and nyquil?
