4 Year Old Came Down With Fever And Vomitting Relationship To H1n1 Vaccine?

My 4 year old got the H1N1 vaccine yesturday afternoon, she had no symptoms of being sick. Today she was sent home from school with vomiting and a fever of 99.9, and a bit pale. Since then I have used Tylenol and Motrin fever is down, no more vomiting. Could this just be a side effect from the shot, or just normal flu?

    i am not a medical expert hun but as a mother i would go with side affects from shot some people can get that but are ok in a few days god bless i am sure she will fine if unsure talk to doc xxx
