It first started in October 1998 when I called it choking at school in the juniors. I can remember pretending to be sick for the first time at the dinner table on a sandwich. The teacher thought that I was being really silly and shouted at me. To that Christmas it got so bad that there had to be a meeting with the headteacher. The doctor just thought that there was nothing wrong with me but it became every meal time i’d pretend to be sick. Throughout 1999 by March it was not so bad until November 2000 when I won a teddy that I did not like that my Mum wanted to keep. It bothered me so much that sick feeling came back again. I took a week off school with it. In 2002 it came a lot in my first year in secondary school. The teachers got very cross as I had 53 absents that year. 1 moment I remember was throwing up on a BN biscuit (if you can remember them). In 2005 it came again for about 3 weeks after a good looking young lady took me out and in 2009 for about 6 months when this girl from school became friends on Facebook and began to fancy me and showed off pictures of all her tattoos to me. Now here in 2011 it is worse than ever after I have had this nasty flu bug that is going around at the moment. It started yesterday when for the first time I saw 1 of that girls tattos on her arm from Facebook from school. Today I just can’t stop tring to be sick with nerves. It is most worse again when I’ve eaten a meal. I threw up after lunch and tea today and I have to go out to a pub tomorrow for a meal which i’m very concerned about if I through up there. So does anybody know what I might have or suffer from? I did find some information that it might be nervous sickness that I get. I wonder if you could find some more information about it or tell me if I might suffer from something else.
Well, I know that nerves/stress can cause stomach ulcers, which can make you feel sick to your stomach, sort of feeling like the flu.
I have ulcers and when I get nervous, they act up, and I pop an over the counter prevacid and I feel better.
It sounds like you are having anxiety attacks, which can cause panic, vomiting, a racing heart, sweating and other symptoms. It seems like this has been going on for so many years, but you don’t say that you have seen a psychologist or psychiatrist. I believe this should be your next step.
Stress or anxiety/ panic attacks would be my guess :
